There are three ways that I can provide outsourced bookkeeping services.
On-Site: I will come to your place of business to provide my bookkeeping services. This option is for you if you do not want your business documents to leave your office.
Remotely: All data stays on your computer and I will remotely access your computer via the internet. You can send me your business documents via e-mail, fax, mail or courier. Once I receive your documents your data is processed within 5 business days (except for clean-up jobs.) Your documents are then returned to you along with up to date financial statements.
Off-Site: I will perform bookkeeping services from my office. You can send me your business documents via e-mail, fax, mail or courier. Once I receive your documents your data is processed within 5 business days (except for clean-up jobs.) Your documents are then returned to you along with up to date financial statements and a backup copy of your accounting data file.
